ANTHONY L. BAJOCZKY

Anthony “Tony” L. Bajoczky is the senior partner at Bajoczky, Fournier & Norris. Mr. Bajoczky graduated with honors from Arkansas Tech with a degree in engineering, and received his Juris Doctor degree from the FSU College of Law. He attended and completed the National College Advocacy at Harvard School of Law.

Mr. Bajoczky began his career as a legal intern and law clerk with the Office of the State Attorney for the Second Judicial Circuit of Florida in 1972. Mr. Bajoczky was admitted to the Florida Bar in 1973, and was appointed Assistant State Attorney in 1973. Mr. Bajoczky then served active duty in the U.S. Navy JAG Corps, with both military and general law practice at the Naval Law Center in Key West, Florida in 1974.

Mr. Bajoczky returned to Tallahassee and advanced to Assistant State Attorney in charge of Felony Trials. In 1977, Mr. Bajoczky went into private practice. In May of 1990, he and Patricia B. Fournier founded Bajoczky & Fournier, P.A.

Mr. Bajoczky has tried hundreds of cases in the areas of criminal law, family law and personal injury.

PATRICIA B. FOURNIER

Patricia B. Fournier is the managing partner at Bajoczky, Fournier and Norris. Ms Fournier graduated from the University of Miami in Miami, Florida, with a Bachelor of Arts and Science in August of 1966. In 1972, she completed her Juris Doctor degree from the University of Miami School of Law, was admitted to the Florida Bar, and began her legal career as one half of the law firm of Fournier & Fournier, in Miami Shores, Florida.

Upon relocating to the Tallahassee area, Ms. Fournier began her practice in Tallahassee, Florida in February of 1984 and became one of the founding partners of Bajoczky & Fournier, P.A. in May of 1990.

Ms. Fournier exclusively practices in the area of family law, in all of its facets. Ms. Fournier has been a Supreme Court Certified Family Law Mediator since 1992 and has served as a Parental Coordinator for the past six years.

Ms. Fournier is a member of the Florida Bar Association; the Tallahassee Bar Association; the unofficial head of the unofficial Family Lawyers group in Tallahassee Florida, meeting monthly for lunch to discuss family law issues; a founding member of the Jefferson County Bar Association; and past President of the Family Law Section of the Academy of Florida Trial Lawyers. Ms. Fournier also served on the first Committee on Child Support Guidelines for Leon County.

Ms. Fournier has tried hundreds of cases in Family Law.
