MEDIATION

Mediation is mandatory in most family law cases in Florida. Bajoczky, Fournier & Norris provides mediation services through its managing partner, Patricia B. Fournier. Ms. Fournier has been Supreme Court Certified as a Mediator since 1992 and is very active in mediating disputes in all areas of Family Law. Her hourly rates for this service are very reasonable and scheduling is prompt.

 

PARENTING COORDINATION

Bajoczky, Fournier & Norris provides parenting coordination services as well. Ms. Fournier was the first lawyer-parenting coordinator in the Second Judicial Circuit in Florida. Ms. Fournier was appointed by the Leon County Circuit Court to perform the duties of a parenting coordinator well before those duties were codified by the enactment of the Parenting Coordination statute in October of 2009. Since the enactment of Chapter 61.125, Parenting Coordination, Ms. Fournier has been certified as a Parenting Coordinator. This service is provided to high conflict cases where there is a need to keep the children out of the conflict between the parents; either during the litigation or after the litigation has terminated.
